Nobody’s Perfect Film Competition - Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to anyone resident in the UK between the ages of 16 and 25.

  2. The winners will be announced on September 9th 2008.

  3. If you are under 18 and selected to participate in the making of the short films, your parent/guardian will have to sign a consent form giving you permission to participate.

  4. If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts by the organisers, we will be entitled to dispose of the prize as we think fit, without any liability to the prize winner.

  5. There is no cash alternative to the prize listed on www.nobodys-perfect.co.uk

  6. Winners will be asked to be available for promotional press interviews and photo-opportunities that may be needed by the promoters of the competition. Please inform Get Connected as soon as possible if you don’t want to be identified to the press.

  7. The promoters maintain the right to use any promotional materials created as a result of the competition for on-going promotions for Get Connected.

  8. The cancellation of the prize draw at any point is entirely at the discretion of the organisers.

  9. The organisers’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  10. By submitting your work to the Nobody’s Perfect competition, you are automatically giving Get Connected all rights, without fee or penalty, to present and license your entry on any and all platforms (including without limitation: internet, broadcast, cable, satellite, podcast, cellphone, etc.) as well as to confer those same rights to Get Connected partners and sponsors, for their use, promotion, presentation and broadcast.

  11. Employees of Get Connected are not eligible to enter, neither are members of their families or households. Members of the families or households of the competition judges are not eligible to enter.

  12. Any submission that is illegible or incomplete or which otherwise does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the organisers. Proof of entry cannot be deemed as proof of submission.
